That is why I do not start with a service catalogue.

I start with the problem.

Then I work backwards to understand what is actually causing it, what needs to change, and what it will take to make that change happen.

I have spent my career moving between functions.

Marketing taught me how businesses attract attention and create demand.

Consulting taught me how to look at the whole system instead of one department.

That combination is what I bring to my work today.

I am comfortable sitting with a founder, product team, engineer, marketer or operations team and understanding the problem from their perspective.

I do not need to be the world’s best specialist in every discipline.

I need to understand enough to ask the right questions, connect the right people, make the right decisions and get the work moving.
